The Challenge
AIMMAA aimed to revolutionize MMA in India by building a digital ecosystem for athletes, trainers, and fans. The goal was to centralize operations, simplify scheduling, and create an engaging experience across devices.
Key objectives included:
- Empowering athletes with easy access to training sessions and event bookings.
- Supporting trainers to manage athlete progress and assign targeted training.
- Enabling desktop access for live training sessions.
- Generating comprehensive session reports for athlete performance tracking.
How I Delivered Impact
1. Mobile App for Athletes
Designed to keep athletes connected and focused, the app featured
- Streamlined Onboarding: A guided, user-friendly flow to set up profiles and preferences within minutes.
- Book Training Sessions: A personalized dashboard to browse, book, or reschedule sessions with their preferred trainers.
- Event Ticketing: One-tap access to MMA events, complete with seat selection and e-ticket delivery.
2. Trainer App
The trainer app streamlined athlete management with:
- Add New Athletes: Trainers could quickly onboard new athletes with detailed profiles, including goals, fitness metrics, and performance history.
- Assign Training Programs: Customizable training schedules to fit individual athlete requirements.
- View Athlete Details: A comprehensive view of athlete progress and history, ensuring informed decisions.
3. Desktop App for Athletes
To facilitate live, remote training and ensure attendance accountability, the desktop app featured:
- Barcode Scanning for Attendance: Athletes scanned a unique code to mark their attendance effortlessly.
- Live Training: Real-time video sessions with interactive feedback tools for enhanced virtual coaching experiences.
- Session Reports: Performance stats, attendance records, and feedback summaries. Visual data representation for quick analysis and tracking improvement over time.
