Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by [SM Design Studio], including subscription plans, third-party partnerships, and individual design projects. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.

Services Offered

We offer design services including but not limited to UX audits, prototyping, design support, and consulting. Service details are outlined in our subscription plans.

Subscription Plans

Clients can subscribe to different plans (Essential, Startup, Growth, Enterprise). These plans include various levels of support and are billed monthly. Plan specifics may change over time.

Payments

Payment failures must be resolved directly with the payment gateway.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways like PhonePe. By making a payment, you agree to the payment terms and policies of our payment provider.
All payments are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST (18%).

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice.
Upon termination:Any unused design hours will not be refunded unless agreed upon.
Outstanding payments must be cleared before termination is finalized.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, concepts, and intellectual property created by us remain our property until full payment is made. After payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers, including payment gateways or hosting providers.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as required by business needs or legal requirements.
