Refund Policy
General Refund Policy
Our refund policy is in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
- If a client cancels a subscription within the first 14 days of service without using more than 50% of the allocated hours, a full refund will be processed.
- For any subscription-based services, refunds for partial use of services are not provided after the first 14 days.
Trial Periods
If you are on a free trial (e.g., the Essential Coverage trial), no charges are made unless you opt to subscribe. Once subscribed, the general refund policy applies.
Refunds on Third-Party Services
Refunds for payments processed through third-party gateways (e.g., PhonePe) will follow the payment processor’s terms. If you are eligible for a refund, it may take 7-10 business days for it to reflect in your account, subject to the gateway’s policies.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [insert email] with your reason for cancellation. Refunds are subject to approval, and clients will be informed within 7 business days of the status of their request.
Non-Refundable Services
- Custom projects once started and delivered are non-refundable.
- Services that have been fully utilized within a subscription month will not be refunded.
- Compliance with PhonePe and Payment Gateway Policies
- All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway.
- PhonePe’s privacy and refund policies will apply to transactions processed through their system.
- Any disputes related to transaction errors, fraudulent charges, or failed payments must be addressed directly with PhonePe.
